10DLC Compliance Reference Documentation

This page is a reference guide to complete 10DLC registration and enable SMS messaging. It is not the main Executel website.

Overview

As part of 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) compliance, U.S. carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR) require businesses to prove transparency and user protection when sending SMS messages.

Your website must clearly show how you collect customer data (Privacy Policy), the terms under which users engage with your services (Terms and Conditions), and how users opt in and opt out of receiving SMS communications (Messaging Consent).

Once these website updates are in place, you can proceed with 10DLC brand and campaign registration.

About Executel

Executel helps businesses stay connected with reliable VoIP, PBX, and IT communication solutions. This reference documentation supports 10DLC compliance and SMS enablement for Executel customers.
